Hi t o all kids!
First of all to Stephanie (9), Callum (9), Georgina (8), Michele (7) and Victoria (nearly 5!) - my beloved grandchildren yp whom I am 'GRANDAD'.
Then to lots and lots of children (of all ages) who will come to this page every now and again or regularly.
If I sign myself 'Grandad', I hope my own grandchildren won't mind sharing me and I hope that, for others, their real grandad's won't mind. (I get a chuckle out of the thought of an eighty-year old 'child' listening in - how old would I have to be to be his or her 'grandad'?)
What are we going to do with this page?
For starters, I'm going to tell snail stories - stories about three snails called Inc and Onk and xx#x^^**x!z ( i never know how to spell that name properly - perhaps some of you may be able to help me - I'm really ignorant when it comes to these things.
I'd like to be able to have a new story for you every day, but that may not be possible - I'll get new ones up as often as aI can.
Then, a bit later perhaps, I'll intoduce some of my favourite music and tell you why it is my favourite.
Finally, as far as I am thinking at the moment, i'd like to read chapters from a book - perhaps I may even write one espcially .... no, I've jsut had a brainwave! I'll start off writing a book and you can email me with what you think the next episode shoudl be - either just give me an idea, or maybe even have a go at writing it yourself. Tell me what you think of the character(s) and what you think they want to do next.
